Several individuals from a Research Infrastructure can enter the programme as an organisation, and achieve the full master, or combine modules among staff members according to their organisational needs.

This format requires commitment of top management within the sponsoring Research Infrastructure to provide time and support for the participants attending the training (a letter of sponsorship should be included in the application of individual candidates).

The participating Research Infrastructure will be awarded with the RItrain Certificate of Excellence in RI Leadership, flagging it as an organisation that values staff development, thereby enhancing its attractiveness as an employer.

Research Infrastructures interested in participating in this scheme will be supported by the masters co-ordinators in the selection of the modules, the field project, and activities appropriate to their needs.
